Betsy Minnick is President and CEO of Keystone Threaded Products in Valley View, Ohio, a third-generation roll-threading manufacturer she has led since 2015. She joined the family firm in 2000 as Human Resources Manager after social-work training at Valparaiso University and Washington University in St. Louis. She took on the presidency before her father's death in 2016. Under her leadership the company moved into an 80,000-square-foot plant and operates under ISO 9001:2015 certification. It also installed the first Smart Machine Tool SL 3300YS box-way CNC lathe in North America. Ms. Minnick is recognized for scaling a woman-owned industrial manufacturer as a hands-on operator, not as a figurehead.
