Holger Rauth
Holger Rauth is the plant managing director of tesa Werk Offenburg, tesa's largest production site, with around 500 employees and a budget of approximately €200 million. A Diplom-Ingenieur who also holds a part-time MBA, he has led the Offenburg plant since January 2018. Before that he held production and plant-management roles at Westag & Getalit. His responsibilities later grew to include group-level remits in sustainable production and production leadership for Europe and North America. His work is rooted in the daily reality of a live industrial operation: solvent-free coating technology, certified management systems and on-site energy supply. Mr. Rauth is recognized for leadership that delivers results on the plant floor rather than in a headquarters strategy deck.
